The Center for Economic Development (CED) specializes in such areas as planning, community development, employment generation, natural resource management, leadership training, and hundreds of other areas. Through the California State University system, the CED utilizes information, knowledge, and expertise in the above areas. It is the CED's goal to assist Northern California communities in sustained growth, and to promote empowerment and expertise among its residents.
