Whereby federal and state policy makers are given an opportunity to discuss, analyze, and appreciate local needs and plans for resource development as well as the laws, policies and regulations which support or impede that development and to provide the justification for amendments to those laws, policies, and regulations.

CARC&DC provides a forum of communication between it's membership and policy makers.  Issues of the state and region are provided an opportunity for dialog among stakeholders to seek solutions and truth for all.

CARC&DC provides a connection to public policy maker that helps to unify the issues into a collective voice.
Representation for typically under-represented areas! 
CARC&DC provides unique representation for those areas which are typically under-represented.  Unified delivery of under-represented areas will help to balance issues towards sensible policy and long term social and economic stability.
