resources, economics, and development work together to provide greater
knowledge and understanding of issues.
- Public representatives work side by side with resource users
- CARC&DC promotes and develops working relations on a national,
regional, and state level between policy makers and resource
users. Elected officials and resource users work together
through CARC&DC to find basic solutions to common problems and
